Shipping & Refund Policy

At Kantique we want your order to arrive in good condition. If a product has a factory defect or arrives broken/damaged, you may return it as follows:

Return window: within 7 days of receiving your order.

Receiving defective items: defective items are accepted at any time within those 7 days.

How to return: contact us with your order number and a photo showing the defect, and we'll arrange the return with you.

After we confirm the defect: we'll arrange the suitable resolution with you.

Not eligible: products with no factory defect and that are not broken.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fee is a flat rate of BHD 2 for all orders, and free shipping for orders over BHD 50.
